What do you do with the extra hour that daylight savings (turning back the clocks) provides?
For most people I think the answer is an extra hour of sleep. Not me. I got up at the same time (more or less) as usual then set the clock back. This resulted in an extra long walk in the beautiful November sunshine, making a yummy breakfast of French toast and bacon topped off with Vermont amber maple syrup for me and the kids, and just didn't hurry (too much)..
I could use an extra hour every weekend!
