Better Than A Bouquet of Flowers

So many wonderful things in my Mama Earth delivery this week..  Will make something with the shitake mushrooms and leeks tonight.  My daughter pointed out that turnips and parsnips are not her favourite.  I believe the word "hate" was in her sentence.  My son likely concurs.  I will have to find a way to eat them all myself.  Soup? Stew?  Roasted?  

I *promise* I won't post my vegetables every week.  I am sure the novelty will wear off at some point.
