Victoria Day Weekend

The Victoria Day weekend in Ontario is typically a busy weekend for gardeners.  We can be sure (sort of) that risk of frost has past and that we can finally get our hands and seeds into the earth.  We did do some of the gardening, but not all of it. Gardening, after all, is continuous. 

The blue pots got filled, the dandelions in the grass dealt with (not by me for a change).  The garden was filled with critters of both the furry and feathered kind. There was something very special about sharing this with Don for the first time.  We are building something together.  A garden. A life.
