Hello Spring?

A question more than a statement. Although we are officially in Spring now it most certainly doesn't feel that way.  More snow a possibility tomorrow.  A look back in time shows me that we enjoyed much nicer March weather two years ago and even last year.  A celebration of Spring is in the works for tomorrow night with some of my best friends from "the hood".  Drinks on the deck is not an option :(
