Savouring Summer
The last official days of summer are upon us with autumn officially arriving on Sunday. Already the days are noticeably shorter and chillier. Combined with the hectic schedule that always accompanies the first weeks of September I am already feeling deprived of sunshine and fresh air. With nothing on the agenda this evening I was lured outside (no arm twisting necessary) to bask in the sun enjoying what could be the last G&T of the summer.
I hope I can squeeze in another one before the season ends
There is still la lot of colour in the garden.
This morning glory does not realize it is evening
Portulaca at the magic hour
Some of the vines are starting to turn colour
