Days Like This

Are rare for this early March - I think it hit 17 C today and the sky was clear blue and the sun warm.

Start my fingers itching to get into the soil but instead I imagined all the scrumptious things I will be planting when it is really time. Snap peas, Swiss chard, bush beans, tomatoes.. (and omg the raspberries)

Are made for my pink Converse sneakers.

I am grateful that I thought ahead to put the makings of sweet potato butter chicken in the crock pot so that at the magic hour I was enjoying the first outdoor gin & tonic since last summer.  Ahhhh...
